You're entitled to feel worried, so don't tell yourself not to. Just try to worry about the things you can change as it will distract you from the things that you can do nothing about. I hate it when I'm stressed by external factors (people!) because its so hard not to be affected and you feel so powerless but I guess our being stressed is what gives them that power. I'm rambling now. Sorry. Just wanted to let you know I understand and I care and you need to just try to be kind to yourself and do nice things to take your mind off the other crap. Hugs
