Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time. Times of stress such as a divorce are difficult on even the most resilient people, it drives them to drink, to eat, to shop and for people like us to WORRY! Its what we do. My gosh, we even worry when we're not worried ("Why am I not worried?" LOL) Then when we feel ok for a while we think "Great, I like this feeling" and when the horrible feelings come back it is a shock to the system.

You're entitled to feel worried, so don't tell yourself not to. Just try to worry about the things you can change as it will distract you from the things that you can do nothing about. I hate it when I'm stressed by external factors (people!) because its so hard not to be affected and you feel so powerless but I guess our being stressed is what gives them that power.

I'm rambling now. Sorry. Just wanted to let you know I understand and I care and you need to just try to be kind to yourself and do nice things to take your mind off the other crap.

Hugs
Donna
