I Have Been There.
I cared for my dear mother, my mother-in-law, my aunt until their very last breaths.

Yes, it is so very heartbreaking to see your precious loved ones decline so quickly, right before your eyes. And caring for them, even though you love them dearly, is so very draining, mentally and physically.

I learned a lot about myself while caring for my elderly family members. And it gave me a deeper insight about life, love, and even anger and frustration.

In looking back, I now realized that I had strength even through the tears.

Do your best to take care of YOU.
In caring for yourself (the caregiver) you are also caring for your parents.
