I like her description of her experience.
As some here know I suffered an ABI in an auto accident when I was 22. I was in a coma for 2 weeks and also developed meningitis and to this day have lived with herniation in my frontal lobes (and other brain trauma also)
I can relate to soo much of what this lady describes and what she has to live with...and I like her sense of humour.
I remember when I turned 30 my sister saying "Kerry we have you back". I didn't understand what she meant.
Now I do.
We have to live with this for the rest of our lives...a near death experience is something unique... and for me too personal and too difficult to explain...I'm glad she explained it for me :)
