Hello,
My name is Rebecca, and I'm excited that I found this online community. I have been challenged with anxiety in the form of OCD and Relationship/Marriage OCD/Phobia on and off for years, and Agoraphobia "cycles", and it's been a challenge! In the past year and a half, I started CBT and I've made a LOT of progress, although there's still a ways to go. I'm hoping to connect with others who have either totally recovered (Yes, I believe total recovery is possible and that is my goal!) or are well on their way. I live in NYC and would love a support group here in the city, but am also looking to connect with others online who are positive, supportive and have a "I can get over this" attitude! Looking forward to being a part of this encouraging community!! Rebecca

          I found CBT to be the greatest avenue in dealing with Panic/ Agoraphobia.

          The use formal meditation as my CBT. : )
          100% sold on it.

          Hi,

          I'm Kate. I hang around here at times :) I am not without panic nor without fear of panic, but hey, I muddle through!

          I too did CBT 2 years ago, it was the best thing I did for myself and am glad you are finding success with it. I like your positive attitude.

          I added meditation, walking in nature, eating the right foods and trying to accept my panic disorder to the répertoire of CBT.

          Just wanted to say a quick hello, and to welcome you again - look forward to hearing more.
