Posted by Debbie IN California on September 21, 2009 at 06:43:38: I have sent you a couple of e-mails, but they have been returned to me stating. "Fatal Error". Situation: I am presently on my older laptop which signs me in automatically. I have tried to create a new account, however the message that I get states that the two e-mail accounts that I have, "that are active", are already in use, and a new one cannot be created. Could you please deleted all my account(s), and I'll start over again using one of my gmail accounts? As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh Bother". Thank you in advance.
