I've been reading posts when I can...but can't spend much time on the computer as I got frozen shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) 2 years ago. I'm still having treatments but unfortunately it "jumped" and I now have it in the other side. So that means 2 bung arms instead of one.
So I'm back to square one again....regular treatments with a Bowen Therapist and Ostiopath and also sessions with an Accupuncturist and coping with the pain as best as I can. I chose not to have surgery because of the risks associcated.
Anyway just wanting to say I do come by and read posts and sorry if I don't join in it's just too uncomfortable right now.
Apart from that I'm doing ok panic/anxiety-wise and hope to come off the beta-blocker at the beginning of summer. Right now it's freezing cold out and I'm really looking forward to spring which is only 6 weeks away.... and also looking forward to both my shoulders thawing I badly want to go for a swim lol

Hugs, Kerry :)

Sorry to hear that you have two bad shoulders. I read often and sometimes feel like I've been so far out of touch that I can't respond or don't which I know is silly.

But I'm going to try to respond more instead of just read. As for you, just read and we'll know that you are responding in your thoughts :)

Take care and I hope for an early spring for you!!!

wow it's soo nice to hear from you! And hey it's never too late to touch base....thanks so much for reaching out! Yeah 2 frozen shoulders is quite debilitating we don't realise how much we take both arms (and our independence) for granted. The past 2 years have been a huge learning curve for me and any eye-opening one too.
Please stay in touch...I no longer have your addy here is mine if you would like to e-mail I would love to hear how you and your little family are doing:

My neighbor has *ONE* frozen shoulder and she is in *awful* pain. I can only imagine what it would be like to have both. (Actually, I can't imagine what it would be like, since I have never had one, but I see the pain written all over the face of neighbor'..

I told my neighbor about how you had *both* shoulders frozen, and she wanted me to express her deep, sincere thoughts to you.

      Take care my dear friend.

      Remember.... nothing last forever.

      Love you.

yes it's been a very hard 2 years but I got through it...the hardest part was without painkillers which I'm allergic to and panadol is useless I may as well be taking jelly beans.

Please thank your neighbour for me...I can fully empathise with what she is going through; child-birth pain is easier. Please tell her I hope she feels better soon...I know it takes a couple of years but she will soon be out of pain...it doesn't last forever.
I hope you're doing better too
      Hugs, Kerry xx
