I've been reading posts when I can...but can't spend much time on the computer as I got frozen shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) 2 years ago. I'm still having treatments but unfortunately it "jumped" and I now have it in the other side. So that means 2 bung arms instead of one. Hugs, Kerry :)

I read often and sometimes feel like I've been so far out of touch that I can't respond or don't which I know is silly. But I'm going to try to respond more instead of just read. As for you, just read and we'll know that you are responding in your thoughts :) Take care and I hope for an early spring for you!!! (((Hugs))) |

wow it's soo nice to hear from you! And hey it's never too late to touch base....thanks so much for reaching out! Yeah 2 frozen shoulders is quite debilitating we don't realise how much we take both arms (and our independence) for granted. The past 2 years have been a huge learning curve for me and any eye-opening one too.

I can only imagine what it would be like to have both. (Actually, I can't imagine what it would be like, since I have never had one, but I see the pain written all over the face of neighbor'.. I told my neighbor about how you had *both* shoulders frozen, and she wanted me to express her deep, sincere thoughts to you. Take care my dear friend. Remember.... nothing last forever. Love you.

Please thank your neighbour for me...I can fully empathise with what she is going through; child-birth pain is easier. Please tell her I hope she feels better soon...I know it takes a couple of years but she will soon be out of pain...it doesn't last forever. |
