It is the BEST investment!!! I have listened to it in the car even when stuck in traffic and felt ok.
My advice is listen to her over and over I have heard different things or found different things that clicked each time.
I hope you find her as peaceful as I did.

I bet you can get something from it each time you listen to it, as you probably miss things the 1st time. I have it on my iPod, and don't usually have that in my car...
